I am based in Bunbury, Western Australia, and I travel extensively throughout the beautiful Bunbury area and the surrounding Southwest region to capture high-quality images.
I don’t charge a travel fee within Bunbury and surrounding areas. For properties south of Gelorup and north of Leschenault, a $20.00 travel fee will apply. I service the area from Harvey through to Augusta, so I’m happy to accommodate listings throughout this region. -
This is your choice!
I am always happy to provide a secure password-protected gallery via Dropbox and refrain from posting on social media upon request. If you do not inform me of your preference, by participating in the shoot, you are consenting to the use of your images on my social media platforms, website, and for any future promotional or marketing materials.
Please make sure to indicate if you do not wish for your images to be shared on social media and this website, and we will ensure they remain private.

Residential real estate photography of a standard-sized home (3 bed, 2 bath) should take about an hour depending on the number of photos. Larger homes and commercial businesses will of course take more time.

Yes, I retain the copyrights as is standard practice in the photography industry. You purchase a single use, non-transferable, non-exclusive image license. For real estate agents that image license is good for the duration of your listing and expires once the listing is sold, cancelled or reassigned to another company. This is a non-transferable license, meaning you, as the licensee, may not sell, give or loan the photos to any other party. You do have wide leverage to use them for your marketing and promotional needs, however this license is also non-exclusive, meaning the copyright holder may sell multiple licenses for the same images.

Photoshop is undoubtedly a powerful tool in the world of photography, but nothing can truly replace the importance of having a photo-ready home when the photographer arrives. I don’t clean windows, floors, or manage toys and gardens to ensure everything looks pristine. Remember, photos reflect the home's real appearance and character. Therefore, treat the photo shoot day just like an open house, making sure that every detail is polished and inviting for the lens.
